Mukhlesur Rahman has completed M.Com and LL.B, along with Postgraduate Diplomas (PGD) in Tax Management and VAT Management (CPA Bangladesh), equipping him with strong academic and practical knowledge in financial and taxation law. He is certified by the National Board of Revenue (NBR), Bangladesh, and recognized as an Income Tax Practitioner, with experience in public service. As a qualified VAT Practitioner, he provides VAT services and accounting consultancy, supporting 248+ individuals and 38+ companies with compliance and financial management.
